Drugs & alcohol

Be careful with alcohol and drugs. You need to have a clear head while working. If you are using drugs, there are several rules you can follow to protect yourself from infections (like hepatitis or HIV):

• Always use your own syringe and equipment (filter, spoon, lighter) when injecting. You can get sterile supplies from the drug help centers in your city.
• Always use your own snorting tube while snorting.
• Always use your own crack pipe while smoking.
